Transformation doesn’t happen alone—it happens in community. White Horse cohorts are designed to move learning from insight to integration through relationships that both support and stretch you. In a cohort, you’ll join a small, trusted group (5–8 participants) for six sessions over twelve weeks.
Together, you’ll reflect, engage your story, and practice new ways of leading—all guided by a White Horse team member who helped shape the course content.
