Mission Statement
The White Horse Leadership Initiative exists to ignite a Reformation of spiritual leadership in Christ's Kingdom. We empower, equip, and deploy spiritual leaders, in non-profit organizations and in local churches, to lead in the way of Christ.
Vision
We define leading in the way of Christ as leading, by His Grace, with His love, humility, vulnerability, wisdom, strength, and resolute courage. To accomplish this mission, the WHLI journey calls the hearts of leaders to the heart of the Father.
As leaders deepen their relationship with the Father, their capacity to reframe their stories as inseparable from Christ's eternal Redemption Story grows exponentially. Leaders will also learn how to reimagine spiritual leadership as a creative, Spirit-led expression of the Father's heart engaging the world.

Our Beliefs
WHLI operates with a sense of urgency in our cultural moment. We believe that spiritual Kingdom leadership in the way of Christ has been widely lost due to leaders' self-reliance, self-promotion, and self-absorption. The result has been a loss of credibility and integrity, especially in the eyes of younger generations. We believe that without a Spirit-empowered leadership Reformation, the radiance of the glory of God in Christ will be continue to be eclipsed by the false glory of human power. Leaders thus become the fulfillment of the biblical vision to lead, "not by might, not by power, but by my Spirit." (Zechariah 4:6)
