Dr. Rick Dunn has spent more than forty years investing in the formation and development of leaders. His Gospel-formed work focuses on helping leaders cultivate the inner life from which wise, courageous, and sustainable leadership flows.
Rick’s leadership experience spans multiple arenas, including serving as a professor, author, nonprofit leader, and leadership coach. He also served for more than two decades as Lead Pastor of Fellowship Church in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he guided a thriving congregation through seasons of growth and transformation.
Rick holds a Ph.D. in Education from Trinity International University and has completed executive education at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. His work is further informed by study in interpersonal neurobiology and attachment through a seminar with Dr. Dan Siegel. He is certified in several leadership assessment frameworks, including the Leadership Circle Profile, 5 Voices, and Six Types of Working Genius, which contribute to his integrative approach to leadership development.
Rick currently serves as Founder and President of White Horse Leadership Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to whole-person leadership formation, and Founder and President of RE: Leadership, where he coaches and develops leaders in both ministry and marketplace contexts.
Rick and his wife Teresa, a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Restoration Counseling Associates, have been married for more than four decades. They divide their time between Knoxville, Tennessee, and Castle Rock, Colorado, and are the grateful parents of three children and three grandsons.

Teresa is the founder of Restoration Counseling Associates in Knoxville and has served as a Licensed Professional Counselor for more than four decades. She specializes in marriage therapy, trauma recovery, and sex therapy, helping individuals and couples pursue healing with honesty, courage, and hope.
She and her husband, Rick, partner in co-hosting a podcast, leading marriage intensives, and speaking to churches and ministry organizations on topics of relationships and marriage. They divide their time between Knoxville, Tennessee, and Castle Rock, Colorado, and are the grateful parents of three children and three grandsons.

Molly Marks is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with 22 years of experience and a devoted mother to her daughter, Bella, adopted from Haiti. After fostering 21 infants over eight years, she now serves with RE: Leadership and the White Horse Leadership Initiative, bringing compassion, steadiness, and care to both people and systems.

Brad Raby is the Lead Pastor of Fellowship West and President of the Koinonia Network. With over 20 years of ministry experience, Brad is passionate about building gospel-formed communities and developing healthy, mission-minded leaders.
He has led churches through seasons of growth, transition, and spiritual renewal, always with a heart for discipleship and the transforming power of the Gospel.
Brad and his wife, Julie, have four incredible kids—Rylee, Andrew, Kato, and Simon. Whether he’s preaching, mentoring, or spending time with his family, Brad is committed to helping others experience the fullness of life in Christ.
He has led churches through seasons of growth, transition, and spiritual renewal, always with a heart for discipleship and the transforming power of the Gospel.

Casey Anderson
Casey Anderson is a Spiritual Director, yoga teacher, and Pastor of Spiritual Formation with a deep passion for helping others experience wholeness, a deeper connection with God, and abiding joy.
Originally from sunny Southern California, Casey has called Knoxville, Tennessee home since 2016. She is most at home creating intentional spaces for spiritual growth and walking alongside others on their unique spiritual journeys.
Outside of her work, Casey embraces life with creativity and joy. She loves reading, cooking, baking, singing karaoke, and hosting spontaneous dance parties. A coffee enthusiast and road trip lover, she treasures adventures with her husband and best friend, Neil, and their three spirited kids — Bennett, Mallory, and Amelia.

Audra is a pastor’s wife and a foster/adoptive mom to three energetic kids who fill her home with endless conversations, questions, and dance parties.
She has spent over twenty years in journalism and communications, learning how to tell meaningful stories in clear, creative ways. She is a children’s book author at Tyndale Kids and has also helped launch or produce more than eight faith-based podcasts, including The 5 Minute Mom Podcast—which she hosted for over eight years. With more than 350 episodes encouraging moms in their busy seasons, she was honored as one of Podcast Magazine’s Top 5 Moms in Podcasting in 2020.
